This Matcha Kurasu Blend (With Sugar) has sugar readily mixed in, making it quick easy to make your daily matcha drink- simply add water or milk of your choice to enjoy the taste of Kyoto.

Lump-free, easy to dissolve powder mix brings the exquisite taste of matcha to your daily routine as well as your special moment to share. Try making matcha latte with it, or add a shot of espresso to make "Dirty Matcha"- one of our popular customization at our cafes.

Ingredients

  • Matcha Kurasu Blend with sugar
  • Hot water
  • Milk (or milk alternative)
  • Ice (for Iced Matcha Latte only)

How to Make It

Combine in a bowl and mix well (We recommend a ratio of 1:1):

  • Matcha powder: 12.5g
  • Hot water: 12.5g

*Use a spoon or spatula to mix thoroughly until completely smooth.

Ingredients

  • Matcha syrup
  • Milk (or milk alternative)
  • Ice (for Iced Matcha Latte only)

Hot Matcha latte: 

In yourcup, first add 25g of matcha syrup, then combine with 150g of warmed or steamed milk and mix well.

Iced Matcha latte: 

In your cup, first add~100g of ice, then add 27.5g of matcha syrup and lightly stir. Finally, combine with 155g of cold milk and mix well.
